If they wanted it to happen, I'm sure he could be transferred to a more compliant institution.
Then after he died everyone would talk about how irregular the transfer was, but nothing would actually happen.

Cannot be done. Those that put these types into General Population would be charged with crimes.
Jail and prison systems have a duty of care, custody and control.
I do not agree, just stating facts.
I think exceptions should be made for child molesters and scumbags. They should be treated like any other prisoner and thrown in general population and let things sort themselves out.
