I just talked to a Buffalo teacher and one of her kids pointed a gun at a camera on school grounds and said you’re all dead, he was back in her class 5 days later after directly threatening her.
They need to do what they will not do and that’s hold people accountable for their actions.

Unless someone is locked in jail, no one should be forbidden from owning a gun due to a mental illness or for seeking help. Period. That's no reason to deny a person their rights, and the fact we use this as a hammer to strip large groups of citizens of their rights and justify why mass shootings happen is absolutely disgusting and criminal.

If we lock up criminals until they are no longer a threat to society and treat the mental defectives so they are not a threat to themselves, we don't need to worry about who has guns.

Exactly. If people are dangerous, then why the fuck do you allow them on the street? Prove to a court they are dangerous then. Don't just say "oh they were on our radar." And you did nothing about it if you really felt they were dangerous?

Or are these ABC agencies trying to just take credit after their failure for having noticed?
