I just finished browsing that. What a fucking monstrosity! It is a steaming mountain of horseshit the likes of which I have never read before. Fucking unbelievable! Unless they frisk everyone entering the area, as well as searching the numerous transit exit points for train stations and bus stops, all they did was just paint a bulls-eye for the criminals to terrorize people trying to OBEY the laws. More than likely, they may consider placing additional police officers (if they have any left to spare) in this location. Forget about New Years Eve. That area will be a ghost town unless the laws change or are struck down.

It is on its surface malfeasant and unprecedented in it's depths to inhibit and infringe upon Constitutionally recognized Rights that the State has a history of totally disregarding.
And here we are sitting in the sideline waiting to see what ever it shall do. But more importantly, what enforcement capability it has because this is the most grievous act or action(s) a State could take towards it's residents citizens even the most overzealous Anti-Gunner could ever imagine.
