Regulations, Bans, Licensing, none of it makes a fucking bit of difference to the criminals and thugs of NYC and the Downstate arena...even in the Bigger Cities of the State, some home boy gets busted every day wen they catch him strapped...does nothing but make life more difficult for those who would observe the Laws....besides, Adams and Bragg are duplicitous Democrats and can go fuck themselves.

In order to keep or bear arms, arms must be acquired. To acquire arms, they must be purchased, gifted, or manufactured.
The manufacturing of bearable arms is a right inherent to natural law and codified in the second amendment.

We should not regulate legal products because of how criminals may criminally misuse those products.
Criminals can, and do, run people over with cars and trucks. Cars and trucks are not banned.
Criminals can, and do, stab people with knives. Knives are not banned.

Criminals have blown up buildings with fertilizer and fuel. Fertilizer is not banned.

The criminals are smart enough to know that the laws cannot and will not be enforced against them. Being caught is a part of the cost of doing business. It is even creeping into the prison system as more arrests are being made across NY with the guards and civilians supplying the prisoners contraband. Gorilla's news release/fart......is about the Frame and Receiver rule case that is to be heard by SCOTUS this fall.
SCOTUS has not granted Cert to any AWB case yet...............but is considering doing so.........but has denied Cert AGAIN to the Illinois STATE AWB CASE..........as it has not made its way thru the lower court process yet.............this is due to greedy overpaid in competent lawyers in the Illinois case who already understood it................ but are seeking to make millions from un informed gun owners
