Clearly, NYC has not yet reached the bottom. I have absolutely no doubt that they will keep digging themselves even deeper into that shithole. I am not at all confident that they will ever recover and turn it around. My main concern is that they will ask the rest of us in Free America to bail their asses out more than we already are.
