What is your go to seller of medical supplies? Looking for most reasonably priced components for a IFAK. I am not just asking about complete kits but individual components that are used or expire after time. I've just inventoried my supplies and found most of my chest seals and hemostatic bandages are expired. This thread may be a good source for everyone if it's updated over time. Please post up where you buy.

I just try to keep things organized in the house medical supplies wise in a small tacklebox of sorts. I just rotate things as I use them, but never let it get too low that I don't have anything if things get hard to find.
I found before that I had too much crap that would expire before I'd use it, so it was a waste vs rotating / organization.

Most stuff you need is bandaids, antibiotic cream, rash cream, and painkillers. Stuff like that. The big stuff that cover the majority of cases.Stuff you should have in the house anyway.

I put together3 kits - one for each of my vehicles for way less than I'd have paid for commercial kits. They're packaged in ammo cans instead of cool looking bags. I left out the baloney like water pouches, mirrors, whistles or other crap.I wound up with kits that are equipped the way I want them without the ridiculous premium in price.
Depends on intended use. I've taken Wilderness First Aid and Penetrating Trauma Courses and none of those items were high priority if even on list at all. The Wilderness First Aid course that i took specifically stated no band-aids or pain killers and antibiotic cream with caution (recommended single component type over multi-component if used at all as some multi-components are known to cause allergic reactions in some people).
Agreed I have two Dark Angle DARK kits which form the basis for my IFAK kits. Some (well many here, lol) would say the DARK kits are outrageously overpriced. Personally I think they're expensive but not overly so and they only contain bare essentials to stop heavy bleeds.

You can supplement the boo-boo stuff with some gauze, compression bandages, tourniquets, and quick clot and be reasonably prepared for a bad day. I keep some shears, Mylar blankets and light sticks in there too.

I’m a simple person when it comes to the kit I carry on me. It’s designed for stopping bleeding. The boo boo kit is in the car and at home. It’s a shear, TQ, compressed gauze, chest seal x2, nitriles and I threw in an emergency blanket for shock. Only thing not pictured is the mini sharpie. All fits in the ankle cuff. Glad I don’t wear skinny jeans.

I'm trying to maintain 4 kits. 2 for vehicles we have one for the home and one for my range bag. All have mandatory stop the bleed essentials like tourniquets, chest seals, gauze and compressions bandages. I also like to keep a supply of general boo boo stuff in the home or vehicles.
