So in what court does a nation sue a business located in another country (assuming no local branches in the litigant country)? Standing is questionable at best, to me. Guess that’s why some asshole states attorneys have hitched up.

I think the conservative boarder towns should turn around and sue Mexico for untold billions to build the wall, the fences, patrolling, housing, feeding, returning migrants because they allow them to just walk right to our country. Any and every conservative state should sue them for all the drug and gang violence that the drugs caused. This is bullshit and will just cost them money to defend.

I’m guessing these are chosen because they have a presence in Mexico and others were left off the list because they have no business entity there.
