This took longer than it should have. Hopefully it is the end of it and Flynn can proceed to sue the government for harassment. I would not be surprised however if the judge (sullivan) pulls some other stunt to keep this going.

IANAL, but I think this is not quite accurate; the appeals decision was rendered by a 3 judge panel, on a split ruling. The next level is an “en banc” ruling, meaning the full appeals court hears the case, and following that (if .GOV loses) it can proceed to SCROTUS on a final appeal.

Yeah. Never mind that the sole purpose of the FBI was to do the "interview" in such a way to trap Flynn and get him to lie and get him fired. Then, they threatened going after his son if he didn't play their game. He paid over 6 million for his defense, is ruined financially as well as his reputation smeared forever even though he was basically coerced and railroaded. Yup, he's one lucky bastard alright.
