At least he tried. He’s the guy that has really streamlined and sped up pistol permits in Erie county. By speed up I mean from 12-18 month to 3-5 months.

He could always take one for the team and ask the Feds to arrest him for aiding-and-abetting. Then turn evidence to the Feds so they can nab James et al. for defending the Law and walk free.

Sounds like a great deal to me.

Yes the justification for throwing out the law is BS. I doubt you’ll get arrested by the feds so keep breaking the law. This coming from a judge.
