So cell phones were banned?
Was this ban a new rule, or has it been in place for a few cycles?
The article mentions the "trainer" saying the constraints were illegal, but doesn't go into any detail after that.
No phones, no video. No video, no proof when shit goes sideways.
I guess pens being banned makes some sense, if there are no pens, there's no way for anyone to modify a ballot. If you want to take notes, use a pencil and pad. Or was the ban on taking notes of any kind?

As for the second story, scumbag got caught claiming SS, and working. That's what he was pleading guilty for. The election shit he pulled has yet to be addressed 4+ years later..... Seems like a pretty basic case, why the hell is it taking 4 years to bring him to trial for it?

The article has nothing to do with election fraud and just says the broke the polling place rules. Do I support it no. Funny how you liberal project things and make shit up all the time.

Anyone who screws with a vote needs to be dealt with, no matter which party they are from. Yes, there are shit people on both sides, find them, put them on trial, then, if found guilty, make an example of them.

As for Texas, I had to read up on that one a bit (a very little bit)....

So Abbott said "Pick a spot for mail in ballots to be dropped off so there's less chance of fuckery" and that's election fraud? They extended the early voting by six days, and allowed mail in ballots to be dropped off instead of mailed in (which would create a time trail for them), but somehow limiting it to one spot is election fraud? How about you just mail the fucking thing? You want to make sure it gets there in time? Next-Day Air it, with tracking, or send it registered mail.
He didn't limit the number of polling places, or the access of people to actually mail in the ballots, just where prefilled ballots could be dropped off

Did a little more digging. Turns out the rule for absentee vote counting was updated in October of 2020.

Cell Phones: Challengers and poll watchers may not be in possession of or have access to cell phones or other communication devices in an AVCB during the sequestration period. The enforcement of this policy is critical to the integrity of the election process.

Looks like the point is to prevent someone from phoning home with how many votes they need, and padding the numbers.... Of course, that doesn't stop the officials from doing it, as that rule only seems to apply to the poll watchers.

So, phones are explicitly banned as communications devices, but cameras are not. Time to follow the rules, dust off the Go-Pro, and record history without breaking their rules.

All is a mighty big and unsubstantiated claim. All the ones you chose to post a person working for the Republican candidate or party were featured in the story. I have no doubt there is fraud in every election. I seriously doubt only one party is responsible for it all. If Republican’s were the only ones committing fraud why are they not in power? Seems like a dubious claim at best.

Ok I read through it and it actually does not claim to prove anything. It makes assumptions based upon the Jan 6th commission. Which is like saying Proof is provided by the Steele Dossier. Taking anything the Jan 6th commission finds as gospel is akin to citing Wikipedia as a source on a college paper.

Thats like a murderer saying hes no different than the guy who pushed someone and gets arrested for assault. Telling people to keep notes (likely to catch the lefties cheating) is a far cry from trucking in hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes.
