MLB pulls allstar game from Georgia because of the new voting laws

Caught Curt Schilling on Newsmax last night. He said fans should vote for the 60 worst players in MLB for the all star game. This would make MLB change their process to ensure the top players made it, thus proving their hypocrisy in terms of vote integrity. I think it's a great idea.

i had to google .. i don't watch MLB .. i got, their is 30 teams in MLB .. just vote for 30 pitchers and 30 catchers LOL ..

Explain to me how giving someone who's been standing outside in line for 4 hours waiting to vote a bottle of water means their vote is fraudulent.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the GA legislation.

Campaigns are not allowed to distribute anything within a limited distance from the polling site so that party partisans cannot interact with voters right at the polling site. This is the same anti-electioneering regulation present in many states....including ours.

What's BS is to not see the inappropriate scenarios and abuses of political operatives, likely wearing campaign paraphernalia, probably handing out campaign labeled gifts, and interacting with voters with the sole intention of influencing voters in line at the polling place. There is also the risk of dueling political operatives aggressively competing for that inappropriate influence or intimidation. Those abuses and potential chilling effects led to polling places in NY prohibiting similar electioneering activities and poll watchers monitoring for their existance at polling locations on election day. In GA, there are already restrictions in place to prohibit many electioneering activities being complained about by Liberals.

We should have election DAY. Period. The time it takes to vote is, quite simply, the time it takes to vote as effectuated by local municipalities. We've already got too long of an early voting period where people can vote before all of the data is in and they can make an informed decision. All of the extra voting time has already introduced way too much of an opportunity for election fraud and abuse. Enough!

No, we should not! In fact. I voted early in NY and loved it. AS far a Georgia goes:

• State law requires local elections officials to allow early in-person voting beginning on the fourth Monday prior to a primary or election, and as soon as possible prior to the runoff.
• Early voting ends on the Friday immediately prior to Election Day.

So they had a month to vote early, Plus they had mail-in ballots for everybody that ever lived in GA. So why in the phuck people had to stand for 4 hours is beyond my comprehension. Why ballots arrived at 3 am is beyond me. I used to escort ballots from the polls to the County Seat. at most, it is a 50-minute drive across a county. I am all for Voter ID because this past election turned us into Venezuela Cuba Iran and China. Where everybody voted for one person and there were zero votes for the opposition.

ps GA had 20 early voting days. NY has only 10.
