Anyone own/shoot an AR made by this company?
If so, what are your thoughts on how it shoots, and do you think the price warrants the purchase?

I shot their “Ace” model and thought it was awesome, but I’m iffy on the $1,695.00 price tag.

Never heard of Modern Material, but $1695 sounds steep, and I hope you realize that in the Gulag of NY, that style is verboten. You know, pistol grips, muzzle devices, detachable magazines... All that law crap that us law abiding people scrupulously adhere to.

I spoke to a local FFL who told me they could pin the mag to make it NYS compliant.

Thordsen, plain muzzle, detach mag. Training dropping mags and clearing is more useful than cool looks. Just my view. YMMV.
