@oc shooter - try Valhalla Custom Kydex. The owner is Matt and he is in NYS. Outstanding customer service.
He made me a sheath for an obscure Ka-Bar knife a friend willed to me - knew the knife and made the sheath without the knife - perfect fit.
I've dealt with the owner, Matt by email and phone. Great guy. Only down side, at least the last time I dealt with him, is that he doesn't stock a really large selection of Kydex colors and patterns.
