Officers recovered several spent shell casings from several different calibers at the scene.
Either the perp had several different back-up guns or perhaps...just perhaps...this was a gang related incident.
Personally, I say let the animals have at each other.

Seems the police/first responders were calculating in their decision for treatment. They elected to send the victim to ORMC 25 minutes away as opposed to sending him to Catskill Regional only three minutes away. Hmmmm
I learned in another thread today that if there are no cameras and no video, there is no real crime.

the casings were all from the same gun , but do to manufacture defects on ejection they were all different .. since no pics where shown of so called casings.
