I’m not reading it, but perhaps the increased suicide rate during the lockdowns they helped create was the underlying cause.

gun deaths rose because of the gun control laws passed .. the victims couldn't defend themselves because of the red tape to be a so called legal gun owners ..

It’s not BS and it’s true what they are reporting. Gun deaths did increase, but they will certainly BS you on why it occurred.
CDC, everyone on chicomflu, they were the ones monitoring everyone, plus the 35 other governmental ops, how could anyone do anything?
With out one of the unknown government monitoring ops running, from chicomflu butt wipes to how much food you eat, the information is there to be traced.

There are many violent deaths in the US.
There are a lot more violent deaths in Mexico.
Very few violence deaths in Norway or Switzerland.
In the US we have a lot of guns but most are stored so if we look at homes with guns we are not alone.
In Norway and Switzerland many homes have guns even if they have less guns overall.
In Mexico most people don't own guns so many less civilians, police, military, security and obviously all the illegal guns with the gangs and cartels.
So why is that one of the countries in the world with the lowest guns in home per capita has some of the worse violence and some other countries with a high average of gun in the home have very little crime and the US in the middle?
Well because gun ownership has zero to do with the violence and instead other problems are the root cause.
Once we recognize the problems and we are ready to accept the reality maybe we can have a honest conversation about violence.

Everything the article is true. Violent crime is up across the board (Thanks George Floyd and the summer of 2020), so are suicides (thanks lockdowns) and the vast majority of violent crime comes from the inner cities.
