Very cool @ArmedCorgi
We use our Lodge Dutch Oven all the time.
As well as tins of other cast iron for cooking.
We bought a new DO last year and it came with the stand to hang it over the fire for free.
I though we would never use the hanger but we use it all the time. We use hot coals from the fire most of the time but also bagged charcoal sometimes.
I dont know if you have had to re-season any cast iron but if you do, I highly suggest using flaxseed oil. The pure stuff, no added olive oil or anything.
It speads really thin and holds up very well.
We have used every oil to season pans but flaxseed is the best IMO.
