CA AB2847 (micro stamping bill) has been put on hold, it isn't completely defeted and is a horrible bill for the state, but again small victory

The bill also has written in it that if 1 new handgun gets added to the approved roster 3 existing handguns must be removed..

I have little doubt the law is written with a grandfather clause to avoid this attack.

And probably that one who owns one of the forbidden items cant dispose of it any way other than out of state, or by turning it in to the gubbmint.

What they'll try to do here is say "from now on, no one can obtain anything not on this list. If you already have it, you can keep it."

Thats how the CA roster works to begin with- they're trying to make that list way, way shorter.
