Eleven people have been detained over the terrorist attack on the Crocus Crocus City Hall concert venue outside Moscow, Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has said in a statement.
The arrested suspects include “four terrorists who were directly involved in the terrorist attack on Crocus,” the statement read. Investigative work to track down other accomplices are ongoing, it added.
After carrying out the attack on Friday night, “the perpetrators tried to escape by car, fleeing towards the Russian-Ukrainian border,” the FSB said on Saturday. “The criminals intended to cross the Russia-Ukraine border and had relevant contacts on the Ukrainian side,” it added.

Could be any time now. Goat fuckers and other bad guys realize that shitzhizpantz and admin likely aren't prepared to stop much of anything, or capable of doing much about it after an attack, or attacks. I expect they'd prefer to attack here in the USA before the '24 election... a pre-Trump administration.
But OTOH, an attack before the '24 election could be a mistake too, because it would make shizpants and his administration look weak (more like further confirm it), and would likely mean more votes for Trump, and Trump in the WH is the last thing the bad guys (citizen traitors and also those abroad) want to happen.
Scary times and most folks here in the USA don't realize the potential, or simply choose not to face it. We're still fat dumb and happy.

ISIS-K based in the Afghanistan and Tajikistan region has been specifically and intensely focused on Putin for more than two years. Anti-Putin rhetoric is filled in ISIS-K propaganda. I have little doubt of the reports on origin of the attackers.
I have no insight of an outside national power desperate enough to have a favorable risk to benefit motivation to encourage this atrocity. ISIS-K and their sympathizers could more than likely be the heinous culprit.

Interesting. I had never heard of "ISIS-K" before this.
It still seems strange to me. Apparently the US made a public warning about terror attacks in Russia, specifically in a public place in early March. Lo and behold, it comes true! Somehow I think the russians might view our "warning" as more of a "prediction" as in we had a hand in this.
As an aside - there better not be any more terrorist attacks in this country or against americans anywhere in the world. If our intelligence agencies are so good that we can predict an attack by a remote offshoot group of terrorists on foreign soil with such a degree of accuracy, then we should be able to predict and stop any attack against americans.

In Trump's administration, holdovers from Obama's National Security Agency were skeptical of the ISIS-K capabilities (maybe in part to the previous Obama West Wing's North Iranian sympathies - Muslims in North Iran share a history with Muslims in much of the caliphate region being sought by ISIS-K) but Trump era analysts from the CIA, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Counterterrorism Center and Cent-Com in general understood the threat openly disagreeing with the more political NSA.
It's my opinion the effectiveness of these intelligence groups atrophied under Biden's woke agenda.
My guess is the intelligence warning out of Cent-Com was spot on and was not taken by Russia as a cry-wolf but there was not enough credible specific data for the FSB to stop this heinous atrocity.
It is a small consolation but the warning may have heightened the FSB's prompt response posture. The dozen or so arrests within hours may indicate the FSB had generic rapid response plans in place and may have been at an elevated alert level because of intelligence.
