I had a friend of mine who was 100% Italian but his mother was born in Libya. which made her African. and made him half African American.

Of course I had to bust his balls all the time.

I think I have a legit 1A violation by Tw*tter. They said I violated the suicide/self-harm rule, and I lost the appeal.

Maybe someone with an account can help get it in front of Musk for me? He would probably appreciate it.

It's called the network effect. The power/value of a network is in the number of nodes (or in this case subscribers)

The infrastructure is a piece of cake. You could build a copy of the twitter infrastructure for $1M.

What you can't build, not for $10T is the customer base. That is the key, everything else is cheap and easy.

I agree. What I find interesting thou was when Parler launched and Twitter was hemorrhaging 10k users an hour to it. We all know what happened next to save Twitter. And save it did.

Twitter solely depends on conservatives engaging on its platform and that same group of complainers promote the platform and make it thrive. Today we have other alternative and yet the conservative talking heads won't put skin in the game and leave Twitter.

Twitter would be done in less than 6 months if conservatives stopped using it. The left wing users would leave because there would be no one to disagree with. An echo chamber of group think isn't as profitable..

Elon wouldn't have to spend a dime if people who value free speech left the platform

Unless it is a 'gay' hookup site and a site for the mainstream news to report on what is trending on Twitter before they go to hook up with the gay person they met on Twitter.
