My kids at the Hallstead Rimfire Steel Challenge

Both are shooting my Ruger 10-22 with and Archangel stock, Burris fast fire II dot and a Volquartzen trigger. They also shot my S&W Victory 22.

My kids have skills and I may take them to the National match in Watertown next year though my daughter won't legally be able to shoot pistol in NY because she's not 14.

My son wrote a letter and we sent it off Friday. Even copied Trump on it! She's next to write a letter.

That's awesome, you can't beat steel challenge as far as fun goes and its good training for any shooter! Good luck to you and your kids competing!

I whooped his butt this time and he has no excuses. Last time I beat him overall by 1 second. I took 5th this time and he was down the list. yeah, everything is a competition in our house! Still, he is excellent! We tied on one section at 2.42 seconds!

I'm working on my daughter being comfortable with getting on target quicker and shooting faster. Once she gets it, I think she will do very well.

I'm just pleased they both love to shoot.
