Straw man argument. The difference is in your examples you can do things over a lifetime to make yourself adapt, have an immune response and come out on the other side better for it. Can't do that related to seatbelts and carrying. You can belt and carry all you want but it doesn't build immunity from a crash or getting shot even if you did those things for decades.Yes your eyes are exposed and yes they are a mucous membrane where a virus can pass through but it’s about reduction of risks and wearing a mask would reduce your risk of getting sick just like handwashing does. Is it foolproof heck no and far from it but I wear a seatbelt when I drive and carry a gun while in public. Does it mean I won’t get shot and killed or die in a car accident no, but it reduces my risk of dying.
