If NJ allows leo to have them then technically they didn't do anything wrong since they sold them to investigators
Always someone needs to go off the deep end.You left out shelter, titty bars, and bayonet lugs.

so a couple LEO, who KNOWS that these magazines are illegal, order a few Magazines and then says it's the seller that has broken the law???
Isn't ordering them illegal ???? just asking wouldn't this be entrapment?
Add booty to that list. Life not fulfilled unless good booty call included.I can't stand when somebody tells another person they don't need something. Not a matter of needs no matter once. Technically there's only three things on this entire planet we need, that's air, water, and food. Everything else is just nice to have.
They have already gotten what they want.Seems to me that EVERY SINGLE PLACE I've ever ordered from has a disclaimer somewhere that says it is up to the PURCHASER to make sure the item they order is legal in their State. Most places will not KNOWINGLY ship an item that is restricted, but they ALL have a disclaimer like that to prevent them from shit like this. I don't think N.J. will get very far with this as long as the seller has a half way decent lawyer.

Just defending this is going to cost that poor retailer a metric boatload of cash.
He won't go to jail over it, but a $50k fine is probably what the legal fees will amount to.
