Name that 7.62x39 round

I was gifted some ammo and accessories several years ago,in that lot was 73 rounds of this 7.62x39 ammo,I have no clue what its is as far as factory or reloads or if it is safe to shoot from my ak or sks.
It has a foriegn headstamp and a lead projectile with some gold coating on it,has anyone come across any ammo like this before?
Edit:quick Google search says at least the brass is Yugo, maybe somebody reloaded them?

That dent at the six o'clock position on the bottom pic makes me think that brass was reloaded.

Update,just dug through a box of stuff that came with ammo and found a .30 bullet casting mold so it looks like it was indeed reloaded ammo.

That is a PPU (priv Partizan) old yugoslavian brass. PPU = ППУ in Cyrilic.
You can tell they are reloads because 99% of the ammo has a red or dark lacquered seal on the primer.
These w/o the year might be aimed towards the civilian eastern market but with that headstamp they are also probably berdan that are
a RPITA to reload.

More typical PPU for that market over there with year in headstamp.... Very good projectlies w/o the hard metal.

Watch-out with reloads specially without knowing the source or lead cast garbage.
