The crux of the matter is- where do you keep alchohol on a broom? Surely she doesn't waste time with aircraft.
When I see articles about politician spending I just assume that listing these expenditures as "in flight food and drink" is just an expense report ruse and the money was actually spent on drugs and prostitutes. Or even less savory things.
