So where is the law on this?

Answer: there isn't one.

This is some "rule" the county came up with in conjunction with the permitting office. Guarantee the county legislature did NOT vote on this. Even with a law, its completely unconstitutional.

Throw your damn permit away!

Its utterly useless now and nothing more than another means by which the trash who call themselves "public servants" use to keep us under their thumb.

Every NYer who cares at all about their Liberty should not comply with any of this new bullshit. Fuck em.

Sworn affidavit from all previous employers in the last 10 years on your moral character

Yes they do but when applying for something like this certain things go out the window.
I certainly don’t agree with this and honestly outside a violent felony conviction or severe mental illness with violent tendencies I think we should be able to get whatever we want. We jump through too many hoops prior to this and now there is this. Time will tell if this too gets tossed. I’d imagine the good moral character standard gets tossed because it’s too subjective. How can you say that you don’t have good moral character from smoking weed when NYS just legalized it? Doesn’t make sense. Most of what the government does doesn’t make sense though.

I have to wonder. If the rejects in Albany or some County seat declared that servicing Whore Hochul was the latest hoop to jump through to get a permit to exercise a fundamental Right, how many NYers would line up outside of the Whore's Mansion with a bottle of Viagra in their pocket?

After their drug test and turning over their thoughts via "social" media, of course. Maybe they can add in a rectal exam with the tox screen!
