From Feb. 22. Joseph Kamenshchik V Nassau County. 14 page lawsuit. NY State Supreme Court Judge says Nassau County Drug test for pistol license is un-Constitutional. Only for the plaintiff for now, but this may be for all, after it works it's way through the courts. This could be a "win" for us, and might stop this Nassau County police state administrative rule, (the "RYDER CUP") from spreading to the rest of the State. read it and interpret it for yourselves. I am not a lawyer.

CDL Truck drivers face drug tests, as do Railroad engineers, pilots, anyone who handles serious machinery..even NASCAR and most pro racing orgs...........have an accident and you may be tested, too.

Random testing? I don' t think that there is a prohibition against it. Costs would have to be borne by you and your ins.
