Right. There might have been reasonable doubt but the testimony I read makes it about 99 percent sure it was him doing the shooting.saying. “You missed but I got them” ect also helped make up my mind.
Had you sat in for whole trial I would let your opinion go unchallenged, But the prosecution laid itself open to charges of persecution. So I'll agree to disagree and stop this.

They had no body, no dna nothing to work with. It was an uphill battle for the prosecution from the start. There was some touch dna on the k ice but the judge ruled it inadmissible. I believe the 6 not the one.

I know how that sounds. I am not going to second guess what someone may or may not have done in combat. Decisions are made. The truth always lies somewhere in the middle. Unless there was full proof, I find the charges laughable.

It sounds small minded to me. If you don’t care why are you glad he “won”? Define combat? What is “full proof?” Shooting an old dude and a teen age girl when no one else thought they were a threat is not active combat. Do you think the other seals are honest or Lying? Just answer that.
From some of the stories I have read, yeah, I think some are lying and they are full of shit.
Some did not like him, all for personal reasons, they were caught at least one time prior making shit up.
