I have used a belly band in the past - for hiking, or certain clothing (scrubs) it's a good option. Not the most secure - one belly band I tried had a retention strap but the other did not. If you were running I'd worry about the gun working itself loose. Apparently Alien Gear decided to fix this -
I don't have a need for a bellyband anymore (though would still be useful for hiking), but at $68 I'm not really willing to test it out... Especially since the one Alien Gear holster I tried was returned - I don't think I have the picture anymore but the trigger guard didn't fully cover the trigger. Maybe it was a one-time error.
If it was $50.... maybe it would be worth getting.
