Hochul's butt boy, Sean Ryan submitted S9601 to amend the penal law and the executive law, to remove the national rifle association from the list of entities authorized to grant certificates as firearms instructors and make the State Department of Justice the only organization to determine or qualify who can be an instructor.

Isn’t this already done for the CCIA? Also keep in mind these places regularly will get asked for their attendance rosters by the DOJ IMO. This will create a backdoor gun registration. Of course I’m speculating here but do we really expect anything different?

You know what the biggest problem was with it?

They were always busy.

Which on the contrary they weren't and were just avoiding people to get full carry.
