There are somethings that I have heard simply possessing them they consider unlawful intent. I don’t trust them not to arrest you for simply having it. This is a firearms law so why even include the other weapons? It's that "with intent to use it unlawfully..." qualifier that keeps that from getting completely thrown out as ridiculous.
None of that stuff in section 2 is illegal unless you plan you commit a crime with it.
But the whole concept of section 265 should be thrown out as a 2A violation. The whole point of the 2A is that you can't prohibit possession of weapons.
Yup...you can find the definition shoved WAYYYY up their ass. Also what’s unlawful intent? That’s pretty broad and is it defined anywhere?
Alarmist and also not new. This bill has been filed every year and if the democrats wanted to pass it they would have already.

Where did the semi auto licensing come from? I never heard that before? Also I wouldn’t put anything past them with the way they handled the safe act and the CCIA. I agree history is a good indicator of future behavior but we have both good and bad history and that could indicate they will go either way in this.Alarmist and also not new.
