New computer

I just started using a new computer. Previously, if I hovered over a post title, it would show me what the post was about. This doesn't happen on the new computer. What am I doing wrong?

Same browser, Chrome. OS changed from Windows 7 to windows 10.

He said "new computer" so it's more likely that his problem is related to some setting or cookie that is no longer present than something that needs to be removed or reset.
