That first one where your real gun is disguised as a fake gun could be scary unless it specifically states the real gun has a orange painted tip or something.
That law seems very broad and seems like it could get a lot of people with custom painted guns in trouble or even just having a replica gun.
Law states it has to be original manufactured color and appearance. Any coloring other than camp for hunting or finish that makes the gun look plastic is a class D misdemeanor. Scary shit right there.
