New Hampshire: Governor Sununu Signs Constitutional/Permitless Carry Bill Into Law

SB 12 will repeal the license requirement to carry a concealed pistol or revolver, unless a person is otherwise prohibited. For those who choose to obtain licenses, SB 12 will also increase the length of time in which a license is valid from four years to five years

Also fixes the 'suitable person' part of the old law for the permit which technically used to make NH somewhat less of a shall issue state than people used to think. Under the new bill, unless you are prohibited from possessing a firearm by law, they must issue you the license.

My wife got to go to the signing ceremony. It was pretty cool.

Also the license, which is easy to get, allows you to carry in schools (per federal law - there are no such nh state level restrictions)
