New hand cannon coming

Question for the big boys club. If I put a scope on a 4" or 6" big bore is there accuracy difference? I could see with 4" or 6" iron sights and sight radius, but with glass?

Well, for 460 magnum (.452 caliber) which is a fast and flat shooting round considering it's large diameter, its drop at 200-250 yards is around 5 inches. Many people with good eyes and low blood pressure can pull off an accurate shot at that distance. I know I couldn't, so for me, an optic would be helpful. The 460 gives the power of a 300 Win Mag, but only at relatively close range.
