I'm a bit confused as well. I know the rule is that you have to wear a mask UNTIL you sit down to eat. As absurd as that is maybe we're missing something that happened before this clip?

My guess, and believe me, this is pure conjecture, is they're just outwardly pissed at the edicts he's put forth, just like Monkeyface. We talk online about how pissed off we are, we talk in our homes, with friends and family, but we never get to confront him. He's always surrounded by his jackboot thugs and is unapproachable. If we ever saw Monkeyface sitting in a restaurant with his family, unprotected by his minions, would we seize the moment to let him know how much we hate the sight of his ugly mug? I'd venture to offer a resounding hell yeah!
