Brand new, never fired Kahr CM9. This is the smallest of their line. About the size of a Glock 43. Triggers on these are like butter. Thought I’d carry this around the house. Makes my shorts fall down so no bueno. Going for $390 online plus tax. Asking $325. Come get it at the show this weekend.

I couldn’t even guess. I’d have to do some research. I forget which shipping company still accepts pistols for shipping.

No, an individual, especially one with a NYS Handgun Licenses with said Pistol on that Licenses could ship it to a NYS Dealer, specifically one located in 13661.
The NYSP want handguns shipped dealer to dealer, this is policy, not actual Law, especially Federal Law.

A Dealer (FFL) can ship via USPS/Flate Rate.
Individual would have to use the Premium Service of a Commercial Carier such as FedEx or UPS (Premium is Next Day/Second Day, ironically anything in the State is automatically "next day")

Does UPS still ship guns? I thought they changed their policy last year. I’m any case, I’ll check both options tomorrow.

Most guns shipped in come by UPS and FedEx.
They generally have to go through the Hub unless you have an account.
Maybe they have changed their policies regarding non-Dealers/FFL 's, that I do not know for certain.
The Carriers insisted that Handguns go by their premium service, or they would not pay claims against loss or damage; seems their own people were stealing, loosing, and mis-delivering too many handguns, and still they often fuck it up.
