As I said before, I'm dumping off some of my inventory and wouldnt you know it, one of my back orders I forgot about just arrived today. I now have a bunch of anodized 80% lowers that I need to get rid of if anyones interested. I can ship or we can meet FTF in/around Buffalo in May after I move.

I never understood the economics of 80's. You can(maybe not today) get a stripped lower for same or less. Further processing should be a value added step.

I bet you one authentic, pre-ban Brass and Aluminum Forging(0% complete) full auto lower it passes, if not in this session, than in the next one.

Initially when i started doing them, it was to avoid serial #s but the machining and time spent making it proved to be theraputic and relaxing. I have a little boy whos about 15 months old now so being able to get in the garage and work on something adult based was much needed to keep my sanity. And i plan on passing all the creations down to him.

So that's my value in it. Ive noticed since being down here in VA that people really like not having to deal with any type of serial numbers or paperwork. Hell, up until last July you could do a private sale without any paperwork or FFL transfer. You dont even need a ccw to get a pistol here and its an open carry state. Oh god im gonna miss that. Shit, I didnt even think of that, I have to buy all new holsters now.

NY is the wrong direction to move in. There are going to be record breaking tax increases here starting this year. Everything is going up except for the well being of our residents. I promise you will regret it unless you are coming for the free shit, and even that train is about to reach the end of the tracks with nobody left to pay for it.

We are certainly not coming for the free shit. We are only heading back for a few years to be closer to family. We dont have any here in VA so the last 15 months has been tough with the little guy. My parents are retiring to FL in abour 4 years and my wife's dad is already in FL where mine are retiring to so thats where our end goal is, but for now its back up to good old wny.
