New NYC administrative codes coming for Handguns

I just got off the phone with a Sergeant from the Licensing Division.

I called to see whether or not I could purchase just a serialized pistol frame rather then an entire handgun.

I was told no because the serial numbers on the slide and barrel would differ.

Right off the bat this affirmed my belief that they do not know shit about firearms. I went on to explain that not all parts on all handguns are serialized. That there are some companies such as Glock who choose to serialize the slide and barrel to match the frame, but there are also many companies who do not participate in this practice.

The Sergeant went on to say that this is something that is going to be put into the administrative code for NYC in respect to handguns. You will no longer be able to change parts out in your handguns.

I would be inclined to believe this sergeant with respect to the new rules.
After all, it would seriously cut down on "approved" handguns, and approved modifications, which is the ultimate goal of these anti-American administrations. They would see this as an as-yet-not-ruled-unConstitutional means of infringing on our Rights.

Yes you have to bring it in for inspection.

I did not want to buy a serialized Polymer 80 or Glock frame and have them reject it because the frame is transferred as a multi-caliber. Before anyone questions why a serialized P80, I prefer then grip angle over the Glock.

They even have silly rules like - only steel and black color guns. Thanks to dickheads like Bloomberg who takes it in the ass with a strap-on from every cunt in Everytown. The ridiculous reasoning of anything but steel and black can look like a toy.

If my language is too hard forgive me and I'll refrain from using it. I'm just thoroughly annoyed and disgusted by this fucking city.

No worries. Part of the problem is NY Second Amendment Advocacy Groups have always chosen the "high road" demanding decency and decorum when dealing with these infringers. My question to them is, How is that working out for you/us.

When it gets to the SCOTUS 10 years from now... Just promise not to do it and change the offending rules while writing up new ones!
