I saw that back around the middle of July. I like how Sig keeps innovating and expanding its new models. I guess lucrative gov contracts don’t hurt when it comes to financial success and marketing.

A 365series gun with swappable back straps is likely to be a popular option to the aftermarket stiff like WC, Gray Guns, Armory Craft, etc. since it will come in the box with the gun, and probably be less expensive than the aftermarket grip modules. Magazine interchangeability is the real hurdle, though.

I’m in love with my 365’s. I have yet to shoot them, but that’s coming soon. After I see how I like them and if they perform well and I shoot them well I will likely buy two more. That way my entire family can have 365’s and we can all share them on our permits and have multiple mags for each other.

When do lawful NY gun owners get to legally own STANDARD capacity magazines?
Well there is currently 2 or 3 magazine cases at the circuit court level (California, which actually is about to get bumped down from the 9th Circuit to the district level, and then one out of New Jersey which was sent back to the 3rd Circuit to be ruled on)
Plus there is also the FPC lawsuit, Vanchoff V. James (Filed 7-12-22), that is challenging the AWB in New York which should also encompass the magazine ban but I'm not sure exactly.
Also looks like SAF (I need to update a few threads now) is sue D.C. over their magazine bans..
A District court Judge just recently put an injunction on a town in Colorados magazine ban.

I see no point in getting one in NYS while the 10-round limit is still in place. The sig 365xl is a very nice gun. I’m betting this is as well and it sounds like the mag limit will get tossed so maybe you’re onto something.
Also I’m wondering if they will come out with grip for this to convert current 365 and 365xl’s into this gun.
The reason for me is that I have large hands. I would already own a 365 and a 365xl but the grip is too small for me. I’m hoping the macro fixes this issue for me.

Check before buying because I think in the review I posted from pew pew tactical it says people with large hands the mag will still hang up on release. Of course your thoughts make sense to me.

Why not just get a P320?
When grip modules become available I will most likely pick one up. Will also have to pick up new mags to go with it. Wilson combat makes a nice grip module for the 365 and XL for a reasonable price. Hopefully they will have a version of this available soon.
