NYGF New Site - NYGF 2.0 (Light + Dark)

I purchased and modified a light and dark theme for the new software on the forum. The new default is the light theme but you can easily pick any of the 2 other dark themes.

To switch between light and dark, click the light bulb next to your username (from a desktop)



or the "Style Chooser" on the bottom left (where it says NYGF 2.0 Light), or one of the links below.

• NYGF 2.0 (Light)
• NYGF 2.0 (Dark)
• Basic Dark

I will continue to work on the new styles to improve them a bit, but this is what we are going with.

No complaining allowed, I don't care if you don't like them. There are 3 to choose from now so pick the one you like the most. Issues / suggestions only.

Oh man, now I'm going to spend the next several days toggling between the two to see which I like best. The dark 2.0 isn't bad. Pretty svelte if you ask me.

I personally am going to switch between the 2 at day / night, when it's sunny / cloudy, etc. Whatever is easiest on the eyes and easiest to see.

I like the light background with the brightness turned lower on my phone. Keeps my battery in good shape all day!

Same for Android, and the dark 2.0 rules, I'm still seeing spots from logging on and the white popping up.

I like the light version for night time dimmed down on the brightness a bit. It helps light up my laptop's keyboard when I can't sleep and I'm up chatting with you all.

That's on you, but I think most modern browsers have it built in. Chrome def does.

As much as I complained about the original dark theme, the newer dark theme is pretty nice since the lettering is bright and easy to read. You can scrap the light theme now.
