Ticks suck
I use the sawyer clothes treatment on my outdoor chore clothes and hunting clothes + boots.
I use natural spray repellent, Lyme shot and spot treatment for the dog.
Most of my friends and hunting buddies have had Lyme multiple times.
Some will only go to the beach and have given up going into the woods during the summer months, and have made their lawns a toxic area with the chemicals they apply to kill/repel the little suckers.
Maybe covid19 will kill the ticks that bite you ?
Get some revenge on those blood sucking bastards !!!!

Deep freeze winters don't happen any more - where the temps stayed well below zero for a couple weeks at a time in Jan. or Feb. - Never had a tick on me in the 50's - 60' - 70's - and I practically lived in the woods. Canoed, camped & fished for the weekends, all thru high school - no ticks EVER! A couple other 'old-timer' have mentioned this weather possibility - it just may have some basis to it.

I mix a solution of permethrin from concentrate and soak my outdoor clothes in it. I have had no ticks on me. Plus this method is much less expensive than buying premixed spray bottles.

As some have mentioned guinea hens (and almost any other domestic fowl) will eat ticks. So if you have a yard and can afford a coop I say get them.

Even better, but not commercially available, apparently opossums are massive tick eaters.

Opossums - killers of ticks

Maybe there's a business to be made by breeding opossums for tick control.
