"The latest measure, sponsored by Sen. Liz Krueger of Manhattan and Assemblywoman Amy Paulin of Westchester, makes it a misdemeanor offense to fail to securely store a rifle, shotgun or other firearm or render it incapable of being fired when a child is in a home."

I won't bother to read this law as it is one I've no intention of giving a fuck about. Only I decide where and how my guns are stored and I've no intention of telling others how to do it either.

I read the first sentence. That was enough. Yeah, um, come to my house to verify my guns are locked up. I am sure if I look around enough, I'll find guns all over the house.

If the state legislature and gubner cumhole sign this into law in direct opposition to an established federal court ruling then, by defacto, they are giving the citizenry permission to ignor it’s unconstitutional laws.
