I think if you make something illegal that is illegal they cancel each other out and it winds up being legal. Not quite sure though.

This is a bill that, if sponsored by democrats (the party), and not voted for by every single republican, would give D's two years of catch phrase nonsense to use against R's. "see, they must want crime if they voted against a crime free zone bill"...

I would love to get rid of bill names too. This one is actually ok though. It is 1/2 page long, defines the boundaries of the area known as Times Square, and says who is responsible for signs clearly identifying the area as a crime free zone. That's all, and how a bill should be.
