PA is a weird state in that for many years it was very blue politically (all those unions) but fairly red socially. Till I moved there and tipped it red with my vote. Yee-ah BITCHES! Places is just freakin' lousy with dumb fudds though.

Like others said he probably won't get convicted if he's indicted. He's too well connected. Besides even if they do get him he'll serve his time in some country club prison and he'll get to keep his taxpayer funded benifets because 1 - N.Y. is too soft on crime and 2 - the corrupt assholes in charge of this state won't pass a law that revokes a convicted politicians pension.
If the NYPD really wants to get rid of him and there's enough evidence and he still walks, then they need to say they're not going to bother arresting anyone since criminals get to go free anyway.
