Covid is everywhere. There are no communities that are completely covid free. All these restrictions are pointless, containment failed, that ship sailed last winter.

Stopping travel from a community with 10% rate to a 1% rate is useless the only restrictions that would make sense would be a restriction on travel to a place with a 0% infection rate.
