You forgot to mention they currently fail to prosecute people arrested for gun charges and therefore fail to uphold current gun laws.So....
Making a law prohibiting shooting people didn't stop gun violence.
And prohibiting felons from possessing guns didn't stop gun violence.
And requiring background checks didn't do it either.
But allowing cities to sue gun manufacturers for following the law... That's just the tool needed to fix all these problems.
I swear these people are retarded.
In case any dems are reading this, here's the answer...
Take anyone who refuses to live according to the rules of our society and lock them in a cage until they demonstrate that they can follow the rules.

I'm mostly only following natural laws these days.Take anyone who refuses to live according to the rules of our society and lock them in a cage until they demonstrate that they can follow the rules.
Anything not manufacturing guns."The measure would expand the state's existing public nuisance law by adding gun makers who fail to take proper or reasonable safe guards to have their product fall into the wrong hands."
Exactly how the fuck is it up to the manufacturer if their product winds up in the hands of criminals and gangbangers? What exactly are "proper and reasonable safe guards?"
Believe me, I'm not shy about speaking the truth.See, what you just said -- that needs to be said to non-forum people. That is how we make progress. That is why we never make progress, cause we're sitting here talking to each other only.

Why are you assuming that since people are commenting on here that they aren’t saying the same things to anyone who’ll listen outside of this forum. I talk with a least a dozen different people every day at work On all sorts of topics pertaining to what we all talk about here on a daily basis.See, what you just said -- that needs to be said to non-forum people. Can we do the same for government leaders?
I would guess less than 5 years after this is passed.Okay, so where are the lawsuits against alcohol companies?
I wish you were right because it would force a reckoning, but society would become completely unworkable. I think they will stick to guns and refuse to admit the hypocrisy of this.I would guess less than 5 years after this is passed.
