I am not quite sure how this one is going to be implemented? Netflix already bangs sales tax, but how hard is it to change your address?
I bought my kid spotify premium last year. I 100% put in all fictitious information other than my credit card number. They didnt seem to care that the zip code didn't match billing. I hope Texas doesn't plan on going after sales tax
