Cuomo has signed into law. As I do not recognize Cuomo as a legitimate state governor.

I thought of FUAC today when I stopped at a restaurant to get my lunch to take home with me.
First off, my lunch came in a plastic bag...
Secondly, In that plastic bag was a plastic knife...
Thirdly, The hot roast beef sandwich that I got was in a styrofoam container.

As I was eating my lunch and reading the local news. I read that Cuomo is planning to shift local
Genesee County revenue of $800,000 to Albany. That $800,000 is the amount of money that Genesee County is able
to keep from the Racino (Batavia Downs) in Batavia... For now anyway...
By the way... The Racino pays NO property tax.

At the same time, Cuomo is forcing Genesee County to build a new jail with another unfunded mandate.
The new jail will cost the county millions. The Genesee County Sheriff said that there is no need for a new jail
or increased staff in the jail...
