I dunno, I hope they delve into the NY Pistol Permit Scheme over this but I don't see it happening. If any of these Judges had skin in the game, they would be shocked to see that only in NY must you obtain a Permit to Carry Concealed just to own. And Only in NY must you carry a card that shows the issuing authority had a record of every gun you own which lead to the police knowing which guns to seize. But I fear not because most of the higher-ups in NYSRP SCOPE and others think all of that is normal everywhere else. I mean l hope the cops said, Does he have any other handguns, the wife says yes. Do you have a Pistol Permit? The wife says no. Cops say, well in that case the guns are not allowed in the residence and we must seize them for safety reasons. This should make the Judge's hair stand up and say WOOT! A spouse in NY cannot have a handgun in their house?
