Could this be the last straw for Cuomo? He's not going to allow residents out of work to collect the extra unemployment money from the feds. He said it is because he doesn't think Trump's EO is legal. Yet he signs any EO he wants and essentially made himself dictator of the state. This is going to really piss a lot of people off.

Gov. Cuomo says even if he thought the President’s order was legal, it requires too much leg-work.

Perhaps. Personally i think there's enough blame to paint the whole country purple with the blood of blues and reds together.

But these are also benefits paid on top of regular benefits.

Depends on what you consider "winning".

It's certainly worse for NYS and its residents, but may be exactly what the Dr. ordered for FUAC and what he wants.

You do have a convincing point .... these days it's hard to be optimistic when your elected officials are hell bent on flushing everything you worked so hard to achieve down the toilet. I would call that at the very least "dereliction of duty"and unfit to "competently perform the full duties of his office".
